Pay Max USD $105,000.00/Yr. Our Company BrightSpring Health Services Overview Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Manager will provide day-to-day management to a designated recruitment team. This position will be responsible for collaborating and serving as a resource for a specific line of business or group of businesses as well as working closely with leadership. This includes internal clients and HRBPs, promoting open channels of communication, and responsiveness to the organization's strategic recruitment needs. Responsibilities Manages a team of talent sourcers and/or recruiters Educates and guides team members to help ensure team goals are met Collaborates with leadership, HRBPs and Hiring Managers to identify staffing and recruiting needs Leads sourcers and/or recruiters to create pipelines of candidates for critical skills areas by utilizing sourcing methodologies to identify, attract, and recruit quality talent Partners with business leaders, hiring managers, and process owners to certify the new hire experience is positive and reflective of the company's culture and standards Evaluates low staffing levels and proactively acts hire qualified talent Develops relationships with leaders of referral sources including, but not limited to high schools, technical schools, colleges, universities, job training programs, workforce development and other community resources Coordinates the sourcing of candidates via local community outreach, networking, and college relationships Solicits and pursues referrals from professional associations and internal referrals from our employees Works in conjunction with designated Talent Acquisition Digital Team and Operations to proactively develop a pool of qualified candidates Drives usage of technology and external job boards to engage passive candidates and qualified talent to apply for a position Recommends new recruitment programs and tools to attract qualified candidates Utilizes competencies in sourcing, behavioral interviewing, selection, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job description, and related recruitment resources Promotes BrightSpring's commitment to diversity and inclusion by upholding the organization's mission and vision through networking with community agencies, professional associations, education, institutions, attending various events, job fairs, and other strategic initiatives Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection including applicable company policies, procedures, and federal and state recruitment regulations such as OFCCP and EEOC Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Five years of work experience in a HR or Talent Acquisition Department and/or a Staffing Agency One to two years of experience leading and managing others Familiarity working in a high-volume recruitment environment Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications Previous knowledge using Applicant Tracking Systems is advantageous About our Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services is a leading provider of complementary home and community-based pharmacy and health services for complex populations in need of chronic and/or specialized care.
