Third Federal Savings & Loan Association is seeking a Systems Administrator (SA) with strong technical skills, good customer service skills and a desire to expand those skills in a team environment. As a SA, you will be responsible for installation, configuration, and administration of Windows Server operating systems. The successful SA will also be required to engineer and support a growing systems environment that includes Active Directory/Entra ID, VMware, SAN, and Exchange. You will also be involved in planning and implementation of future systems upgrades to the Windows and VMware infrastructure along with our many responsibilities in other infrastructure applications. Responsibilities:
- - Engineer and maintain Windows Server operating systems to 99.8+% availability

``` - - Maintain a VMWare computing environment

``` - - Knowledge of Microsoft/AWS cloud, web security, secure file transfer, application white-listing and email filtering applications/technologies.

``` - - Strong understanding of storage technologies

``` - - Manage Exchange server environment

``` - - Add knowledge and value to our Linux administration team

``` - - Maintain Microsoft and Linux web services

``` - - Mentoring team members and working closely with other IT areas to achieve optimal performance

``` - - Run audit reports against the systems environment for regulatory compliance

``` - - Troubleshoot hardware and software problems in support of all Tiers of the support structure.

``` - - To provide 24X7 support, full time associates participate in a rotating on-call schedule

``` - - Scale the infrastructure to support additional capacity and usage

``` - - Work in a team environment with an ability to multi-task on various projects
Requirements:
- - 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in designing, implementing and maintaining a Windows server environment with Active Directory/Entra ID.

``` - - 3+ years of experience running and managing a VMWare environment, SAN and backup technologies.

``` - - 2+ years of enterprise Linux experience.
```{=html}
``` - - Practical working experience with TCP/IP and LAN/WAN routing/switching.

``` - - Outstanding customer service and interaction skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills.

``` - - Demonstrated ability to be a team player and a willingness to lend a hand with any project.
