Location: Proof Culture Office Department: Operations Reports to: Operations Manager Job Summary: The Shipping and Receiving Specialist will be responsible for efficiently managing the shipping and receiving operations at Proof Culture. This role involves preparing and shipping inventory to customers and marketplace fulfillment centers, verifying inventory counts, ordering shipping supplies, and ensuring accurate tracking and timely shipment of packages. The Specialist will work closely with the SKU Optimization Manager, PPC Manager, Customer Service Team, and Amazon Platform Manager to maintain accurate inventory counts and coordinate seamless shipping operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Shipping and Receiving: ? Prepare, pack, and ship orders to customers and marketplace fulfillment centers using platforms such as Veeqo, USPS.com, UPS.com, and Uline. ? Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring that products are in excellent condition. ? Manage the recording and tracking of shipments, ensuring all tracking numbers are accurately logged and communicated to relevant teams. ? Coordinate with mail carriers and the post office to troubleshoot and resolve any shipping or delivery issues. 2. Inventory Management: ? Conduct regular inventory counts to verify stock levels and ensure accuracy. ? Work closely with the SKU Optimization Manager and Amazon Platform Manager to reconcile inventory discrepancies and maintain updated inventory records. ? Report any inventory issues, shortages, or discrepancies to the Operations Manager. 3. Supply Chain Coordination: ? Order and maintain inventory of shipping supplies such as boxes, packing materials, and labels, ensuring that supplies are always available. ? Coordinate with vendors like Uline to ensure timely delivery of shipping materials. 4. Cross-Department Collaboration: ? Collaborate with the PPC Manager, Customer Service Team, and other key roles to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. ?
