Overall responsible for end-to-end security capability development initiative from business case development, through architecture, design, deployment and through operational ownership.
Experience in at least two of the following areas: Cloud Security, Network Security, Identity and Access Management, OT Security, SIEM, or Threat Intelligence.
Provide a detailed understanding of cloud security and cloud infrastructure services.
Possess significant breadth across other disciplines such as: enterprise security architecture, compute services, storage, large-scale networking, virtualization, data center, integration architecture (API), orchestration technologies, systems resiliency, service support, application development lifecycle management (DevOps), and service delivery.
Drive the future state architecture for security domains, and partner with strategy to ensure alignment of investments
Develops and maintains complex security architecture artifacts, including reference models and strategy mapping for security capabilities.
Conducts or facilitates threat modeling of services and applications that tie to the risk and data associated with the service or application.
Performs requirements analysis and the development of use cases, architectural views (e.g. conceptual, logical, and physical), reference models and architectures, architectural principles, and architectural patterns.
Publishes white papers and presentations at leading security forums.
Provides technical briefings to executive leadership.
Researches available state-of-the-art technologies and solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field required.
Offset: High School Diploma / GED or equivalent and 11 years of experience in the information security field.
ITIL Foundations certification is required within 6 months of position start date.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2) preferred.
Certified Risk Information Systems Control (CRISC) certification from American National Standards Institutes (ANSI) preferred.
Other similar certifications preferred.

Thought leadership in the area of state of the art, and emerging security platforms and technologies in the identity, security technology solutions, cloud, and cyberdefense.
Ability to conduct a gap analysis of current versus desired capabilities.
Advanced knowledge with major cybersecurity control frameworks
Outstanding analytical, capability delivery and change management skills.
Must be able to work in stressful environment and take appropriate action
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the information security field with expert knowledge of applications, cloud and mobile security, platforms and infrastructure with at least 6 years of experience dedicated to a pure cybersecurity architecture function.
Ability to develop highest level of conceptual and reference architecture that have significant department and division-level impact.
Must have proven thought leadership in emerging cybersecurity technologies and frameworks.
Knowledge of Regulations, Standards and Frameworks, including HIPPA/HITECH, HITRUST, SABSA, Zachman, TOGAF, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001/2
Executive-level presentation skills
Significant project ownership, including financial and change management experience.
Requires the ability to sit and be stationary for prolonged periods of time, normal or corrected vision and manual dexterity sufficient to perform work on a personal computer.
Requires the ability to walk to various locations throughout the organization and to function in a stressful environment.
