This seasonal position allows you to develop a basic understanding of the products and services offered at Dollar Bank. As a Seasonal Regional Teller, you will be responsible for supporting multiple branches within a specified Dollar Bank Market. Travel reimbursement after a certain threshold is met. The seasonal teller position would allow you to work from Mid- May through Mid- August. It would also give you the opportunity to return to Dollar Bank for employment while on break from school. Job Description: *Provide each customer with a unique experience by creating customer loyalty through improving their financial well-being. *Uncover opportunities through conversations with customer and refers them to the appropriate branch staff. *Apply product knowledge to solve customer issues. *Follow all cash handling policies and procedures. *Complete customers transactions efficiently and in a timely manner. *Build relationships with customers so you can anticipate their financial needs. *Friendly, positive demeanor Qualifications: *High school diploma or GED required. *Must be available to attend scheduled training in downtown Cleveland *Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle required.
