You Are:

You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

  • Analyze, Design, Build SAP S/4HANA Advanced Financial Close solution on Public Cloud (AFC) to transform client’s global period close process

  • Lead / Participate client design workshops to support template driven task list (Fiori Application, Jobs, Notes, WEB,) required to standardize the finance closing process

  • Lead team for mapping process, technical closing steps with standard AFC solution requirements

  • Provide Hands on support to configure, test, demonstrate client specific scenarios on the AFC tool

  • Liaise with SAP counterpart for expert advice on the SAP AFC product.

  • Work closely with project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to finalize scope, solution.

  • Work closely with client Finance lead/team to manage scope, expectations, identify and mitigate risks, issue resolution and scope change.

  • Analyze and Manage impact of quarterly upgrades to the AFC tool and its impact on the proposed solution.

  • Ability to work closely with Offshore team including SAP Finance Functional consultants, SAP Basis, Security

  • Analyze technical and functional integration requirements.

  • Guide the testing cycles as well as perform cutover activities for go-live preparation.

  • Guide the training teams rolling out a successful module to the user community.

  • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

    Here’s What You Need:

  • Minimum of 7 years of SAP FICO Functional experience including transformation, improvements of period end close process

  • Minimum of 1 end to end and hands on implementation consulting experience in SAP S/4HANA Advanced Financial Close solution on Public Cloud (AFC)

  • Hands on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

    Bonus Points If:

  • You have external client-facing consulting experience for SAP S/4HANA transformation.

  • You have functional expertise in several Finance areas including General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Profitability Analysis, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center, and integration with other business functions.

  • You understand of the technology and how it affects area of finance function; trends associated with the technology; functional area, industries and the value propositions for clients to rotate to the new

  • You have functional domain experience

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. California: $93,400 to $224,600

Colorado: $93,400 to $194,100

New York: $86,500 to $224,600

Washington: $99,500 to $206,700
