Job Description: To support our Risk Consulting offerings, Crowe is seeking a Risk Content Manager, who will oversee the development and management of content, including taxonomies, risk statements, business processes, control procedures, control design and operating test steps, and key indicators. This role will be expected to coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders (consulting teams, including those supporting risk, compliance, and audit practices) and system owners. Primary responsibilities include understanding how each dependent party leverages the data and ensure that is developed and supported in a manner that enables desired usage. The selected candidate is not expected to be subject matter expert, rather they will need to proactively work with internal stakeholders across all domains to ensure that content is created, maintained, and delivered on-time and that it meets established standards. Specifically, this role is responsible to: Responsibilities: Collaborate with dependent content stakeholders to understand usage needs. Hold Industry/Domain Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) accountable for timely content updates. Meet with Industry/Domain SMEs to stay apprised of hot topics / emerging trends. Review and ensure that content is uniform and aligns to standards. Facilitate periodic quality review cycles. Keep apprised of artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities and leverage as appropriate. Act as the Relationship Owner for external Regulatory Change subscriptions. Support sales cycles for the Risk Consulting content related offerings, including the Crowe Risk Curator that may include conducting product demos. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree. Minimum of 10 years professional experience. Minimum of 5 years of risk, compliance and/or audit experience within financial services. General understanding of second line of defense programs and processes, especially in financial institutions. Job Experience in coordination, communications, and tracking. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred. High energy level with excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, professional presence, and exceptional customer service. Highly effective and polished verbal and written communication skills with competency in grammar and attention to detail. Ability to manage project schedules and hold project members accountable.
