Location: For Those Who Work At Home - Various, Ohio 44145 Job Brief: As a member of the Regulatory Reporting team, the analyst this position will develop a strong, foundational knowledge of reporting requirements for the FR 2052a Complex Institution Liquidity Monitoring Report. This individual contributor will have responsibility for assigned FR 2052a reporting and submission tasks and perform activities related to data analysis, data controls, and testing. The analyst may support other regulatory reporting needs as necessary, including activities related to various Finance Transformation and source system transformation projects. Essential Job Functions: Timely and accurate preparation, analysis, and review of assigned controls and schedules Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Develop understanding of data and systems used for assigned regulatory reports Understand production processes to provide staffing flexibility and backups Perform data validation control steps to identify, research, and resolve issues Develop controls, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory reporting data integrity Perform impact analysis of new or updated accounting and regulatory requirements Develop and document business requirements based on regulatory reporting specifications Continuously strive to improve production processes Work with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and implement reporting changes Update reporting processes and documentation when requirements or data sources change Maximize the use of automated technology to achieve the highest level of quality and efficiency in the support of regulatory reporting. Required Qualifications/Competencies: 5-7 years of experience working with customer data in banking or financial services industry Skilled in database querying and data transformation using SAS EG and SQL Experience using large, complex data sets from multiple sources to support analytical processes General understanding of banking products Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to understand and interpret regulatory reporting requirements Quantitative, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills Organized self-starter with the ability to think and work independently and creatively Team player, willing to assist others as needed to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are achieved Flexibility to adapt when requirements or deadlines change Interest, willingness, and ability to assimilate information quickly and succinctly Action oriented; takes initiative to challenge current processes and implement change Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Access) Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of Federal Reserve regulatory reporting requirements, especially FR 2052a schedules Liquidity management or reporting experience Experience working with banking system data (lending, deposits, securities, derivatives) Experience with reporting system environments (Workday Financials, Workday Prism, AxiomSL) COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of \$80,000 to \$105,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
