Quantitative Analytics Lead Associate in Cleveland, OH: Conduct quantitative analysis such as hypothesis testing and root-cause analysis on large data sets. Identify types of information needed to conduct necessary quantitative analysis and inform business units of the needed information. Question created data structures/transformations to be leveraged by groups for analysis to assure statistical and mathematical integrity of data. Utilize statistical analysis and machine learning to develop and implement models that address the right business needs. Maintain developed analytical models and anticipate considerations in implementation of models so that models are ready to address new business needs. Utilize cutting-edge statistical methods and develop new uses for models by anticipating business needs and editing and making changes/improvements to models and processes. Monitor model performance by developing and adhering to a strict ongoing monitoring schedule as well as extracting and sharing analytical results to assist in evaluating model reliability/performance. Assess adequacy of monitoring, maintenance, and documentation of models and quantitative methods. Identify and escalate risks and issues identified and effectively document the development, testing and conclusions. Leverage SAS to perform model reconciliation and testing activities. Test models/analyses on a regular basis, as early warning signals. Utilize SAS, Python, SAWL, and Microsoft Office applications. Requires a Master's degree in Business Analytics (or equivalent based on evaluation of academic credentials, training and/or experience) as well as two (2) months in job or job related experience to include use of SAS, Python, SAWL, and Microsoft Office applications. Opportunity to work from home. Experience may have been gained before, during, or after degree.
