Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree from an accredited institution. - Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) or Quality Engineer (CQE) designation from ASQ or other recognized quality authorities preferred. - General Auditor (Internal) - Four (4) audits (total twenty (20) audit days) within the past three (3) years, Aerospace Auditor (Third Party) - Four (4) years of aerospace industry experience within the past ten (10) years OR RAB Lead Auditor certification a plus. Skills and Abilities: - Demonstrates highest ethical standards. - Makes decisions that are based on data and fact. - Maintains and cultivates an area of technical and business expertise. - Displays business savvy and a bias for action. - Understands and promotes standardization of business processes to achieve excellence in manufacturing. - Maintains a passion for performance excellence and is results driven - Is a mentor and coach. - Demonstrates excellent leadership skills including strategic thinking, leading and managing change, and conflict resolution. Requirements: - Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
