If you need assistance to complete your application due to a disability, please email TalentAcquisitionCoE_Howmet@howmet.com Qualifications: Basic Qualifications - Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or finance from an accredited institution. - 7 minimum years leading a quality department or team. - 10 minimum years working in a manufacturing environment. - 5 minimum years auditing experience working in an ISO 9001 / AS9100 (per AS9014) environment. Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree from an accredited institution. - Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) or Quality Engineer (CQE) designation from ASQ or other recognized quality authorities preferred. - General Auditor (Internal) - Four (4) audits (total twenty (20) audit days) within the past three (3) years, Aerospace Auditor (Third Party) - Four (4) years of aerospace industry experience within the past ten (10) years OR RAB Lead Auditor certification a plus. Skills and Abilities: - Demonstrates highest ethical standards. - Makes decisions that are based on data and fact. - Maintains and cultivates an area of technical and business expertise. - Displays business savvy and a bias for action. - Understands and promotes standardization of business processes to achieve excellence in manufacturing. - Maintains a passion for performance excellence and is results driven - Is a mentor and coach. - Demonstrates excellent leadership skills including strategic thinking, leading and managing change, and conflict resolution. Requirements: - Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. - This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
