Description Essential Functions Responsible for monitoring and reporting clinical outcomes Leads various process improvement initiatives, including participation on any System-wide quality initiatives Conducts chart reviews, data abstraction, utilization review and data analysis activities Works with clinical staff to determine effective tools to monitor clinical quality and recommends system or process enhancements that support better quality tracking &/or outcomes Keeps abreast of trends in quality research and recommends changes to enhance hospital processes &/or outcomes Required For All Jobs Performs other duties as assigned. Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
