- Bachelor's Degree from accredited institution
- A minimum of 5 years' quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment
- A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a AS9100 Quality Management System
Preferred Qualifications:
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred, not required.
- Six Sigma, Green Belt, or Black Belt certifications
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis experience

Marginal Rd. in Cleveland. The Quality Systems/Assurance Engineer will provide hands-on quality support and alignment to manufacturing, inspection, and engineering. This person will be expected to interact and establish a healthy, positive relationship with our suppliers and customers. The Quality Systems/Assurance Engineer will help achieve our business objectives through process stability (control), operational excellence (capability), and on-gong process control (sustainability).
