At Experis, Cleveland, we are regularly seeking QA Analysts for the manufacturing, banking and insurance/healthcare industries. QA Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing test plans and test cases to maintain quality assurance standards and measures within the IT organization. The analyst will provide support for all areas of testing including functional, regression, performance, and end-to-end acceptance testing.

Responsibilities Include:

• Design, execute and maintain testing deliverables including testing approaches, test cases, test scripts and test result summaries utilizing industry best practices.

• Perform system and application testing to ensure proper functionality and compliance with standards.

• Carryout manual backend testing to verify functionality per requirements.

• Maintain accurate testing documentation including test cases, defect logging and reporting.

• Work with a cross-functional team to understand requirements, create comprehensive test plans, manage planning and scheduling of testing efforts, confirm product specifications, and communicate testing progress and relevant information to stakeholders and management.

• Support internal and external stakeholders with user acceptance testing and/or integration testing.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Hands-on experience using SQL to write and execute complex queries.

• Experience with Scrum or other iterative development methodologies

• Experience with leveraging Automation testing

• Ability to research and maintain awareness of emerging technology

• Independent Learner who has successfully demonstrated their ability to be a self-starter to thoroughly understand both Business and Systems related to the testing needed.

Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
