Ohio Means Jobs Cleveland Cuyahoga County is sourcing for a Lawn Maintenance Foreman for a local company. Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 contingent on experience * · Incentive Earning Plan (10% Bonus of Annual Salary) · Set Work Schedule -- Rarely work weekends · Winter/Snow Guaranteed Hours · Promotion Potential and Growth Opportunities · Health, Dental, Vision, Short/Long Term Disability Benefits · 401k with Company Match · Paid-Time Off and Holiday's Off for Hourly and Salary Employees · Company Uniforms Provided · Company Clothing Store with Free Bi-annual Credits · Employee Appreciation Events *Duties/Responsibilities: · Proficiently operates a variety of lawn maintenance equipment, such as zero turn mowers, line trimmers, stick edgers, hedge trimmers, backpack blowers, chainsaws, etc. · Has an advanced knowledge of plants, horticulture pruning, lawn and landscape bed maintenance, spring and fall clean up · Communicate with clients to address customer concerns and relay client needs to the Account Manager · Train crew members to properly use equipment and perform job duties to the Ground Works Land Design standard · Properly record hours and work accomplished in our job management application, Buildertrend · Performs all other duties as assigned Educations and Experience: · Valid Driver's license with minimal incidents or points in the last 3 years · Able to work successfully with limited supervision · Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a plus · Minimum 2 years' experience in landscape and grounds keeping · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Able to work in a fast-paced environment a plus · Able to analyze diverse problems and consistently make proper decisions Physical Requirements: · Able to lift more than 20 lbs. · Able to crouch, bend, climb stairs/ladders for periods of time · Able to stand for long periods of time Interested candidates apply here or contact: Wendall Garth-Recruiter wgarth@dwfs.us
