The Sherwin-Williams Company Marketing Operations Co-Op in Cleveland, Ohio

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Candidate will support the Paint Stores Group (PSG) Marketing Communications Operations team across a range of activities such as, but not limited to: Executing various departmental needs including handling supplies, meeting planning, and mail processing Participating in various project and team meetings as needed, taking and reporting out organized notes and next steps Developing competency in Workfront: creating templates, setting up and maintaining projects, setting up and editing reporting and dashboards Maintaining project timelines via Excel and Workfront Developing and maintaining other project documentation as required Provide ongoing status updates to the Marcom Operations team and other Marketing Communications team members as needed throughout projects POSITION REQUIREMENTS FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Minimum high school education or equivalent Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, Communications or equivalent Preferred: Completion of a business project management course or similar Expected graduation date in 2025 Minimum 3.0 GPA KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: Demonstrated leadership involvement in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community Availability to work a long-term Co-Op 9-12 months Must be able to work 20-25 hours per week (3+ days) with flexibility based on school schedule Strong Microsoft tools experience (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred: Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail Flexibility to deal with changing duties and priorities Ability to self-manage to deadlines An eagerness to learn and develop new or enhanced skills Ability and interest in building collaborative working relationships TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Required: Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Share Point, and PowerPoint. Ability to learn new technology systems like Office 365 and invoicing systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. Possesses strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to proactively act, prioritize, and plan work activities; adapt to changing conditions.
