Job Description Rockwell Automation\'s Global Remote Support organization is in search of someone who embodies an employee and customer-centric approach. You will head a diverse and skilled global team supporting our customers, partners, and internal personnel on our ControlLogix and CompactLogix hardware, Studio 5000 software, and associated partner products that comprise the Automation Control product family. You will directly manage a team of supervisors and team leads globally by providing strategic guidance to them and their respective groups to achieve and maintain performance goals, all while ensuring a positive support experience for our customers. You will report to the Senior Global Remote Support Manager and is hybrid out of Mayfield Heights, Ohio. Your Responsibilities Create and encourage a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees. Set the strategic mission within the Automation Controls team based on the core strategic outline of Remote Support, Life Cycle Services, and Rockwell Automation as a whole. Support and develop your leadership structure to maintain balanced staffing levels and encouraging an environment that meets the business demands. Plan and budget to provide us with resources needed to operate. Collaborate with the product and service businesses to ensure new support offerings are operational. Analyze employee and business performance to identify best practices and areas of improvement to make necessary adjustments for the business. Ensure that your leadership structure has the resources to maintain performance for a 24x7x365 business within the Automation Control structure. The Essentials - You will have: Bachelor\'s degree Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. The Preferred - you might also have: Minimum of 5 years of experience demonstrating leadership capabilities and working with different levels of staff across functional boundaries Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related function and understand a services business in a high-tech environment. Facilitate decisions and diffuse negative emotions or difficult situations with customers, employees, and other team members. Ability to lead with a collaborative and customer-centric mindset.
