Millennia Housing Management Lobby Attendant-1st shift in Cleveland, Ohio

The Millennia Commercial Group is looking for Lobby Attendants to join our team at Key Tower in Downtown Cleveland. We are looking for individuals available to work 1st shift, 7:00am-3:30pm.

Key Tower is the Premier Office Building in Cleveland, as well as an iconic landmark towering over the city at 57 floors of office and amenity space. We feature world-class amenities, both in and around the Tower, and breathtaking views of the lake in the heart of Downtown Cleveland, making working here vibrant and exciting. Our tenants are fortune 500 companies with a high-level service expectation. Key Tower has been maintained to near perfection since its opening nearly 30 years ago. Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Check visitors in using valid form of identification

  • ensure every interaction (including first time visitors and returning long-term client employees) receive exceptional customer service through warm greetings, suitable recommendations and improvised solutions, if needed

  • Provide appropriate assistance as needed to tenants, guests and visitors in expedient and professional manner while adhering to company and building policies

  • Offer suggestions of hotel services, local events, venues and transportation options

  • Assure prompt and positive action on all complaints, questions and concerns

  • Maintain visual contact with the entry points at all time when you are not interacting with tenants or visitors

  • Ensure visitors, messengers and vendors follow access control procedures according to building policy

  • Maintain constant surveillance of assigned areas providing maximum visibility

  • Immediately responds to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to tenants and guests

  • Respond to incidents of fire, medical emergency, activated alarms, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, suspicious activity and other incidents or conditions

  • Maintain logs, prepare incident reports, activity reports and communicate accordingly to client management, life and safety personnel and/or public safety authorities as required

  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1 to 2 years related experience or equivalent preferred

  • General knowledge of customer service-related skills

  • CPR and First Aid Training preferred

  • Report writing experience preferred

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and with a team
