University Hospitals Health System Licensed Professional Counselor Psychiatry (Master's degree/LPC required) - Main in Cleveland, Ohio
Description What You Will Do Provide intake evaluations and outpatient therapy services including intake evaluations, individuals, couples, family therapy, potential for group therapy within community at University Hospitals satellite offices. (60-70%) Communicates/collaborates with the team using a multidisciplinary approach (5-10%) Understands and follow policies and procedures regarding referrals to relevant hospital services - Intensive Outpatient Program, Inpatient, Electro-convulsive Therapy (5-10%) Collaborates and consults with multidisciplinary team within the Mood Disorders Program (5-10%) Maintain patient records in accordance with UH standards (10%) Assist with organizational development and relationship management with relevant referral sources (5%) Periodically participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings (5%) Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation. Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
