Job Description: Cingel Landscape and Design, Inc. located at 23209 Miles Road, Warrensville Heights, OH 44106, mailing address: 120 Meadowhill Lane Moreland Hills Ohio 44022, is seeking to hire 8 FULL TIME, TEMPORARY LANDSCAPERS from April 1, 2025 to December 15, 2025. Work locations are in Geauga, Cuyahoga, Summit, Portage, and Lake Counties. The employer will provide transportation from shop in Warrensville Heights to worksites. The Workers will plant, maintain, repair grounds of properties. Clean up. Operate equipment. Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, pruning, maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, and assist with installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. This is a full time, temporary job. Work days/hrs are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, 40hrs/week. Pay is $18.73/hr. Overtime as needed at $28.10/hr. Wage paid every two weeks. Bonus/raises awarded based on merit and/or tenure with employer. Job Requirements: Able to lift/carry 50lbs. No experience required. 2 references required. Random post hire background, drug and alcohol checks. Work will be performed in multiple worksites located within the counties of Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Summit, and Portage. Will daily transportation be provided?: Yes. The employer will provide transportation from shop in Warrensville Heights to work sites in Geauga, Cuyahoga, Lake, Summit and Portage counties. Provision of Board/Lodging or Other Facilities: No. Is On-the-Job Training available?: Yes. No experience required; the employer will train.        The selected option for how the worker will be provided with or reimbursed for inbound transportation/daily subsistence is: Reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, whether in the US or abroad, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.*

 

H-2B ASSURANCES Deductions from the Worker's Paycheck: The employer is required to make all payroll deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law. First Work Week Reimbursement: The employer will reimburse the worker in the first workweek for all visa, border, and related fees.   Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will provide all tools, supplies, and equipment at no cost to the worker.   Single Workweek for Pay: A single workweek will be used in computing wages due as required by law.
