ARAMARK IT Operations - Support Coordinator I in Cleveland, Ohio
The IT Operations - Support Coordinator III supports our consumer Point of Sale (POS) and ecommercesolutions. This critical position will enable you to develop extensive skills in application management, andenvironment support of multiple business critical applications. These include centrally led POS, Financial Analysis.The position will have responsibility for the maintenance and analysis of payment technologies, as well as thecontinual maintenance of application security, particularly Payment Card Industry (PCI) certification in theenvironment
Responsible for proactive support and maintenance around POS systems
Responsible for the programming of menu items and pricing updates in POS systems, as well as maintenance of the menu item database.
Responsible for IT infrastructure maintenance, including a repository of hardware, a record of mac addresses, and static IP addresses
Acts as a liaison between local management team, Aramark IT, and university IT to set up and troubleshoot hardware, POS, and networking issues
Responsible for proactive support and maintenance around the Patron Management system database, as well as the semesterly programming of meal plans and patron upload/management
Work with meal plan holders on resolving technical issues regarding their meal plan, including guiding student through troubleshooting steps to diagnose problems and determine root cause
Provides technical support and training to management team, including support with Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Teams, and other proprietary applications
Provides technical support for various technology systems on campus, Including music & A/V systems, cable televisions, digital menu boards, automated vending machines, as well as any other technology initiatives
Monitors support issues, enters and tracks service tickets, ensures resolution plans and reports progress to management
Proactively maintains systems and executes preventative maintenance plans. Monitors system status and reacts to issues as they arise
Work with users to define and evaluate business needs, challenges and inefficiencies that may be resolved through automated solutions
Communicates with users regarding any system enhancements and or scheduled upgrades
Participate in technical and functional training classes as necessary or required
Provides excellent customer service
May be asked to assist in the meal plan office by answering meal plan holder questions in regards to their account and assisting with any issues they have

? Bachelor?s Degree in Information Technology Field or equivalent work experience is required.
? Experience with Micros POS system is a plus.
? 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible experience including, but not limited to: in depth, hands on expertise with large and complex hospitality and Point of Sales systems
? Strong analysis, organization, communications, interpersonal skills and project management skills are essential.
? Experience with hospitality customer technologies is required.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
