The Microsoft Store Integrated Marketing Team oversees all our campaign and customer engagement channels. This includes campaign strategy, product Go To Market (GTM), social media, influencer marketing, PR, CRM, Demand Gen, and SEO. As the Integrated Marketing Campaigns Manager , you will define and oversee the overall integrated campaign strategy for the Stores organization, including the marketing approach per campaign and campaign measurement & learning plans. In this visible, critical role, your team will serve as the point of integration across Microsoft Store globally for Microsoft’s consumer product launches, including Microsoft 365, Surface, Windows, and Xbox as well as the biggest seasonal & sale campaigns for the company such as Holiday and Back to School. You will also partner with Brand on the cultural moments such as Pride and Black history Month. This people manager role has a team of four and reports to the Director of Integrated Marketing for Microsoft Store.

You will be a good fit for this role if you are a proven marketing professional with demonstrated success in leading complex projects & teams, proven organizational agility, ability to work effectively through an influence model at all levels of the organization, and present to senior leaders. In this role, you must be skilled at obtaining senior management, and cross-team alignment, be able to frame complex business issues and drive decisions, develop and get buy-in on plans to execute against these decisions, and work cross-team to ensure that plans are executed successfully. You will need to be a leader who embraces model, coach, and care as you lead a team of full-time employees and vendors.

How you can make an impact

  • Drive global campaign strategies and help develop integrated marketing plans that drive key business metrics for product & seasonal campaigns.

Effectively eliminate blockers and facilitate escalations for the team as they work to land the campaigns in market

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of campaign managers to implement over 30+ seasonal, cultural, and product launch campaigns.

  • Partner with teams at strategic and tactical levels to successfully launch in key global markets and across all Stores marketing channels.

  • Lead and navigate the team through shifting priorities, ensuring their work focus is aligned to business priorities.

  • Manage the campaign development and approval process for the Stores team.

  • Lead the team to development and distribution of key documents including the marketing plans, campaign creative briefs, campaign toolkits, workback schedules, etc.

  • Help the team with blockers and to escalate issues as needed.

  • Drive the integrated campaign & Go-To-Market (GTM) planning process for large cross-company initiative around the unification of our holiday & back to school seasonal campaigns.

  • Ensure brand consistency and deep understanding of the customer, competitive and marketing landscape.

  • Maintain strong partnership to help lead the creative with our internal creative team for all seasonal campaigns.

  • Active involvement and coaching the team on their career growth goals.

  • Budget oversight and management across multiple deliverables.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign GTM strategy, or integrated marketing

Highly preferred experience and skills

  • Direct people management experience

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver strategy in digital marketing.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Campaigns or product launch strategy and creative experience.

  • Ability to interpret, understand, and translate data or results into practical and meaningful insights.

  • Big picture problem solving - thrives in ambiguity and has keen ability to identify gaps/overlaps across teams/orgs and projects.

  • Digital marketing in retail or ecommerce.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, busines, or marketing.
