Job summary We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with a strong background in ServiceNow ITSM and a keen interest in advancing their skills across a broad spectrum of ServiceNow modules. This role requires a professional with 5 to 8 years of experience, ready to contribute to our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our infrastructure development capabilities, focusing on innovative solutions in the Cards & Payments domain. Roles & Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions to enhance business operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow ITSM with other ServiceNow modules and third-party applications. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow ITSM and other modules. - Ensure the reliability and scalability of ServiceNow solutions by implementing best practices in development and testing. - Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow ITSM configurations, customizations, and optimizations. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities in ServiceNow modules. - Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features and updates to leverage new functionalities for business benefit. - Support the integration of ServiceNow ITSM with Cards & Payments domain-specific applications. - Manage the lifecycle of ServiceNow applications from development through deployment and maintenance. - Monitor and troubleshoot ServiceNow solutions to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. -Qualifications - Must have extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM and a solid understanding of Cards & Payments domain. - Experience in ServiceNow ITOM, GRC, Security Operations, and other modules is highly desirable. - Proven ability to develop and implement complex ServiceNow solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and innovation. - Commitment to staying current with the latest technologies and ServiceNow updates. - Certification in ServiceNow ITSM is a plus.
