Location: Euclid - 22801 - Cleveland, OH, United States (US) Employment Status: Salary Full-Time Function: Supply Management Pay Range: ($64,447.00 - $87,193.00) Target Bonus: 15.0% Req ID: 25002 PURPOSE: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Regional Indirect Purchasing team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in advocating and supporting the business regarding indirect procurement policy and procedure and will be a key contributor in scaling our operation. JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES) * Act as main point of contact for all departments for indirect purchases, * Ensure the indirect policies and processes are respected. * Review & Validate Indirect Purchase Requisitions for the region according to policies and procedures, Has the authority to approve / reject indirect purchase requisitions, based on the established procedures and by using judgement regarding purchasing best practice and adequacy of information supporting the planned purchase. * Work closely with indirect strategic sourcing team and support refining the strategy defined for the region based on local nuances. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements. * Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. * Maintain accurate records of purchases and contracts. * Execute and administer requests for proposals (RFPs) or quotes (RFQs) utilizing the Ariba eSourcing platform; also execute eAuction when appropriate. * Review & validate new indirect supplier request according to policies and procedures * Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and enhance supplier relationships, acting as a point of contact for inquiries and issues. * Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy. BASIC REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Good planning and organizational skills * Knowledge of procurement software and tools * Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement. * Ability to work in a team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Lincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
