As we redefine our approach to managing capital projects across the organization, the Project Manager will play a key role in shaping and overseeing project scope, goals, and deliverables. This position involves close collaboration with Project Sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that project outcomes are well-defined, measurable, and successfully achieved within established parameters. What You Will Do: * Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines. Lead and facilitate projects to ensure they stay on track with respect to time, deliverables, and objectives. * Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Partner with engineers, process groups, and project coordinators to identify, address, and resolve project-related issues efficiently. * Project Tools and Communication: Create and utilize project management tools and visual aids to enhance communication and tracking. Ensure effective dissemination of project information to all stakeholders. * Meeting Facilitation: Lead and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment among team members and stakeholders. * Reporting: Regularly update management on project status, progress, and any issues or changes. Provide detailed reports as needed. * Resource Coordination: Manage and allocate resources to ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget. Identify resource needs and work with relevant teams to optimize resource utilization. * Scope and Budget Management: Analyze project status regularly. Adjust project scope, schedule, or budget as necessary to meet project requirements and objectives. * Support for Company Strategy: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the Company's 2025 Strategy and overall goals. Required Experience & Education: * Bachelor's degree in a technical field; Engineering degree or a BS in Project Management preferred. * Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, product development, or related fields. * Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus. * Strong project management and organizational skills.
