Ohio Means Jobs is sourcing an Electronic Visit Verification Specialist (Bilingual) for a Cleveland-based Home Health Care Company.

Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Electronic Visit Verification Specialist is to ensure that the organization's data is accurate, up-to-date, and organized. They prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry. Transfer information from paper formats into computer files.

Position Responsibilities:

· Enter data into Sandata Integrated Homecare Platform as needed.

· Enter Visit Verifications with timesheets in Sandata.

· Train new recruits.

· Make follow up calls to noncompliant employees.

· Follow up on training for noncompliant employees.

· Report compliance failures to Management.

· Order and return devices for employee use.

· Record employee training in Sandata, so the Agency is up to date.

Minimum Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Excellent communication skills in customer services and experience working as a company team member.

· Computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules.

· Ability to fulfill the company's standards and values when performing scheduling tasks.

· Display kindness and be open to providing scheduling accommodations to patients or staff.

· Have an eye for detail and organization.

· Ability to perform more than one task at a time and solve problems quickly.
