The Sherwin-Williams Company Deployment Global Transformation: ITC Finance Credit AR Manager in Cleveland, Ohio
The Global Transformation Lead is responsible for the deployment of digital solutions across the Sherwin-Williams enterprise with a focus on his/her specific process/function domain. A critical part of the role will involve engaging directly with global and regional process leadership to raise the awareness and acceptance of the digital solutions. This role will be required to speak to and demonstrate the global digital solution. This role is highly collaborative and will involve constant cooperation and coordination with our global business units, digital technology teams, the enterprise data organization, as well as change management, to ensure a smooth solution confirmation, implementation, and adoption. The functional must support concurrent deployments as well as continuous improvements and advancements to the Sherwin-Williams digital tool set. This position will report directly to the respective track lead. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: Lead the process/function domain through all phases of an implementation lifecycle (design, build, test, cutover, and production support) Serve a single point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle for the process/function domain. Organize and deliver services (e.g., solution confirmation, design workshops, user story/acceptance criteria documentation, test scenario definitions, test cycle execution, cutover planning and execution etc.) through all phases of an implementation lifecycle. Lead and effectively manage a team of business analysts & provide guidance as needed Display both breadth and depth of knowledge across functional and technical domains Consult with Organization's Global Process Owners to maintain overall process and digital solution integrity. Promote adoption of piloted digital solutions with internal businesses across geographies Monitor delivery progress and effectively communicate progress & RAID (risks, issues, action items, decisions) to the Program Management Office. Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks. Proactively assess key risk areas at each point in the implementation and adoption, make recommendations as needed to overcome them for the process/function domain. Provide counselling/coaching, leadership, and support for team members. Actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities providing input and guidance into the staffing process FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) or in lieu of a degree, at least 5 years in experience in the field of Information Technology or Business (work experience or a combination of education and work experience in the field of Information Technology or Business) Preferred: Oracle Cloud ERP certifications related to Finance and Credit Management module. HighRadius certification KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: 5+ years of experience in deploying and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP, or other application platforms with a focus on Credit Management and Accounts Receivable solutions. 5+ years of product management or equivalent project management experience 5+ years leading delivery of technology solutions including business-specific and enterprise applications in alignment with business objectives 1+ years of managing projects In-depth knowledge of Credit Management and Accounts Receivable business solution and well versed with industry leading practices. Experience with multiple large-scale programs and projects, leading process optimization efforts and driving standardization is desired. Ability to lead a diverse team of business, technology, and consulting resources across multiple work-streams. Proven ability to gain credibility at all levels quickly, excellence relationship management skills. Demonstrate ability to influence change, supporting implementation of new concepts, tools and transforming culture.
