Job Description:

Job Title: Sr. Data Engineer Location: 100% Remote - ET Hours Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the client's existing common data platform solution delivery team to build a reusable framework in Databricks.
• Perform SQL orchestration to streamline data processes.
• Execute data engineering and data modeling tasks to support data-driven decision-making.
• Build and configure data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and integration.
• Support the migration of legacy workflows and data processes into Databricks/AWS ingestion pipelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data engineering, with expertise in tools such as Collibra, Databricks, Alteryx, or Starburst.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Experience in building and configuring data pipelines.
• Familiarity with AWS and Databricks for data ingestion and processing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms and data integration tools.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
