MetroHealth Coordinator Executive Correspondence - Office of CEO-General Administration in CLEVELAND, Ohio

Location: METROHEALTH MEDICAL CENTER

Biweekly Hours: 80.00

Shift: M-F, 8a-5p

Summary:

Provides administrative support to the Office of the CEO, performing diverse administrative and clerical duties under the Chief Executive Officer & President. Facilitates executive level correspondence for the CEO of The MetroHealth System, including but not limited to organizing, writing and tracking thank-you letters, congratulatory notes, responses to invitations and other correspondence. Provides high-level administrative support including efficient handling of the communications and recording-keeping requirements of the office. Monitors and manages CEO correspondence in a timely manner and communicates with senior leaders when necessary. This includes triaging, responding to, and/or forwarding information as appropriate and escalating time sensitive communications in a timely manner. Handles sensitive and confidential information in a discreet and professional manner. Manages and coordinates CEO social media communications and posts in conjunction with the CEO Communications team, including but not limited to LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook. Assumes other responsibilities as requested, including project management and coordination of initiatives out of the Office of the CEO. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, including but not limited to business administration, public administration, or healthcare administration or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in addition to the experience stated below. 2 years of relevant experience supporting administrative management. Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Office 365. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple calendars and projects at one time. Exceptional attention to detail. Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated. Ability to engage with Executive Level Management. Ability to get things done using strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in all matters involved in this job. Ability to takes initiative and work independently on routine as well as more complex matters. Ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints to meet deadlines. Ability to establish and maintain effective positive working relationships among team members, partners, external customers, and vendors. Confident and resourceful in problem solving. Demonstrated professionalism and uncompromising integrity in all situations.

Preferred: 4 years of relevant experience supporting administrative management.

Physical Demands: May need to move around intermittently during the day, including sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulating. May need to remain still for extended periods, including sitting and standing. Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications. Ability to read job related documents. Ability to use computer.
