Job Title: commercial carpenter, $23/hr.+, based on experience

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team in the surrounding Cleveland area. This role involves working on various commercial construction projects, including framing, metal stud work, and finish carpentry. The position operates Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM, with potential Saturday work as the job picks up. You will work within a 30-mile radius around Cleveland on diverse commercial jobs.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing using metal studs for commercial projects.

• Complete finish carpentry tasks.

• Work on various commercial construction assignments.

• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.

• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Essential Skills

• Experience in framing, specifically with metal studs in commercial settings.

• Proficiency in finish carpentry.

• Commercial construction experience.

Work Environment

You will be working on commercial construction projects around Cleveland and surrounding areas. The work involves being on various job sites within a 30-mile radius. The standard workweek is Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM, with potential Saturday work as the job demands increase.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $34.00
