R10023717 Central Billing Specialist (Open) Location: Independence, OH - Rockside Woods Blvd - Management - North BSC How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Central Billing Specialist is responsible for processing daily transactions for North Division billing functions related to drop ship and bulk billing utilizing SAP. They are also responsible or the credit memo workflow, open drop ship orders, manual shipper book audits and all related reporting functions. * Process Bulk and Drop Ship transactions, utilizing the workflow functionality of SAP, including: o Researching and making corrections to customer orders. o Working with buyers to correct purchase orders. o Creating sales orders and/or purchase orders. o Engaging appropriate levels to address pricing and billing issues * Utilize the workflow functionality of SAP to review and approve credit memos * Ensure that customer billing is processed in an accurate and timely fashion * Escalate errors to the appropriate supervisor or manager * Assist supervisor with research on customer invoice inquiries. * Follows up on credits and re-bills. * Utilize the workflow functionality of SAP to review credit memo\'s and route to the appropriate individuals for approval as necessary based on set guidelines for approval levels. * Perform audit of manual shipper books for accuracy. * Order manual shipper books as needed for branch locations. * Complete all reporting functions related to Central Billing. * Other projects or duties as assigned by department supervisor/manager. ________________________Are you a MATCH? * High School Diploma/GED required * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace preferred * Ability to deal with difficult situations in a diplomatic and professional manner. * Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills with the ability to make independent decisions based on investigation and judgment as well as ability to discern when to escalate issues. * Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adjust communication method based on customer situation. * Ability to work in a fast pace environment and able to multitask.
