Job Summary:

The Bank Security Analyst is responsible for overseeing all physical security and safety operations of the Corporate Campus and branches by coordinating and collaborating with internal and external partners. This position will ensure daily issues, and long-term needs, are addressed according to bank policy and procedure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- - Oversee the design, purchase, installation, and maintenance of all physical security devices to include alarm systems, cameras, video recorders, access control systems.

``` - - Oversee maintenance of emergency equipment (first aid kits, AEDs).

``` - - Oversee contract guard services for corporate campus and Trailside.

``` - - Oversee off-duty law enforcement services at corporate campus, branches and special events.

``` - - Create and conduct training for all associates on the topics of physical security and safety.

``` - - Create, write and revise guidelines, policies, and procedures in the areas relating to physical security.

``` - - Responsible for the creation and implementation of the security program as well as preparation for annual reporting.

``` - - Rotating on-call schedule for response to burglar alarms and bank robberies.

``` - - Conduct background checks and fingerprinting of all new associates and vendors.

``` - - Supports emergency preparedness and business continuity practices to ensure continuation of key operations.

``` - - Responds to all emergency calls by home phone, pager, or cell phone on a 24 hour per day, 7-day per week on a rotational schedule with team members.

``` - - Monitors the activities of contractors and vendors within the departments to assure projects and project activities do not interfere with productivity and are performed in accordance with applicable laws and safety standards.

Qualifications:

- - A minimum of two years experience managing a department in this discipline.

``` - - A minimum of three years of experience with DSX and ExacqVision security and video surveillance systems.

``` - - Must possess the physical ability to move about the facility, from the basement to the roof, in any type of weather, to manage activities when necessary. Some traveling required.

``` - - Experience with strategic planning, budgeting, and project management.

``` - - The ability to communicate clearly and succinctly at all levels of the organization.
