As an Information Technology Training Intern, you will participate in a structured learning experience while collaborating closely with department representatives, performing a variety of administrative tasks and working on various projects. In this position, you will gain hands-on and relevant experience in IT within a healthcare setting. By taking this opportunity, you will utilize your interest in project management and engage in networking and career exploration.

A caregiver in this position works remotely (Ohio, Nevada or Florida based) from 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

• Research, compile, tabulate and analyze data and processes for various administrative and departmental matters.

• Assist department personnel in assigned administrative, planning, organizational, technical and professional tasks.

• Provide suggestions or recommendations about department specific projects.

• Prepare and present reports and draft policies and procedures, respond to requests for information.

• Assist team members with various aspects of curriculum development, scheduling and execution for electronic health record software and applications.

• Assist with analyzing survey data and developing action plans for optimizing virtual, digital and blended learning.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Can discuss and weigh pros and cons and separate critical issues

• Can make definitive choices, express opinions on issues and explain logical path decisions

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment

• Current college student in good standing at an accredited college/university

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Information Technology or other relevant experience

• Strong computer, networking and communication skills

• Interest in software training and curriculum development

• Information Technology, education/training or other relevant experience

Physical Requirements:

• Full range of body motion for handling/lifting items, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination

• Frequent standing and sitting

• Corrected vision and hearing to normal range

Personal Protective Equipment:

• Follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required
