Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Sr Engineering Technician to join their team. As a Sr Engineering Technician, you will be part of the Test Engineering department supporting the testing of navigational, inertial measurement, and guidance units. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr Engineering Technician

Location: Clearwater, FL

Pay Range: $32.71/hr

What's the Job?

• Monitor, read, and record test data for various navigational and guidance units undergoing testing.

• Learn to perform automated and manual test setups using established procedures.

• Handle, mount, and test units utilizing oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other calibrated test equipment.

• Quickly grasp test processes and efficiently execute testing protocols.

• Understand and interpret schematic drawings and adhere to safety practices such as 5S and ESD.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of electronic experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of electronic test experience.

• Associate degree in electronics or related field is highly preferred.

• Ability to learn and adapt to new testing procedures and equipment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under supervision.
