Kelly® is looking for a Trade Compliance Analyst to work at a premier IT Services company in Clearwater, FL or Miramar, FL. Compensation: $24/hour

Schedule: 9:00 a.m. -6:00 p.m. This is a hybrid position with flexibility to come the office if needed.

Hybrid: 2 days in office and 3 days remote – may work first week in office for training.

Location: Candidate must be near Clearwater, FL or Miramar, FL

What’s a typical day as a Trade Compliance Analyst? You’ll be:

• Conducting technical import and/or export compliance reviews, including product classification and export license determination

• Screening new accounts for compliance

• Providing support to internal and external customers on export, import, and hazmat compliance processing

• Reviewing new SKU's for dangerous goods or hazmat classification

• Ensuring daily orders are processed and filed compliantly

Job Requirements:

• Have strong knowledge of Export Administration Regulations, including ECCN classification and encryption (3-4 years of experience)

• Possess strong knowledge of Customs and Border Patrol Regulations for US imports and Department of Transportation Dangerous Goods Regulations (2 years of experience)

• Have a general understanding of order flow, supply chain, and logistics

• Are detail-oriented and have strong multitasking abilities

• Are a team player with excellent Microsoft Office skills

• Can maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
