This position will partner with Lead or Principal Subcontract Specialist to drive the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts. Starting with proposal, fulfillment of the sales order, and ending with negotiating subcontracts or long-term purchase orders with suppliers. The Sr. Subcontract Specialist will deliver compliant FAR15 package to the government, work closely with the Pricing organization and work with the program to fulfill subcontracts aligned with the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Detailed understanding of DoD Procurement Life Cycle

• DoD procurement subcontracting experience (FAR15)

• Build strong negotiation positions for contract and execute on those

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma

• 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, L&C, Business, or Finance

WE VALUE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.

• Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations

• Strong negotiation skills and processes.
