This is an exciting role inside Honeywell Aerospace Technologies Customer Marketing team. Reporting to the Aerospace Americas Customer Marketing Sr. Director and matrix reporting to the Global Defense & Space Customer Marketing Director, you will design and execute strategic Customer Marketing initiatives by planning and executing campaigns and advancing digital, social, and marketing automation techniques. In addition, you will be helping shape our presence at Defense & Space industry tradeshows and events and working on related projects.

The Customer Marketing Sr Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and advocacy. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, focusing on Defense & Space and Channel Partners as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Work collaboratively with the Aerospace Technologies Strategic Business Units (SBUs), regional and Customer marketing teams to identify those products, segments, and accounts which will offer a meaningful return on investment if targeted through campaigns

•Design Marketing campaigns which will target and nurture contacts in an efficient way and generate well-qualified leads for the sales teams to follow up on, choosing the appropriate channels and techniques

•Work closely with the Marketo and SFDC focal and experts in the organization for the technical execution, as well as tracking and measuring

•Work closely with the web team to enable comprehensive analytics, measurement and tracking of lead activity on relevant webpages and related assets

•Work internally with key stakeholders in product management, sales and customer marketing to develop unique requirements for each campaign and execute against those requirements

•Be an ambassador -- and key protector -- of our brand in all work, including acting as a reviewer /approver of content.

•Develop clear project plans, and effectively manage the budget, for each campaign

•Work closely with other digital marketing, brand, creative, event, social and campaign marketers

•Improve lead capturing and opt-in performance at events and trade shows

•Some travel required. Approximately 30%

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

•3+ years of experience in customer marketing or a related field

•Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer marketing campaigns and programs

•Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making

•Understanding of Aerospace, Defense and Space industries and main players and products

•Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational and project management skills

•Comfort in operating across international borders, diplomatic capability to successfully interface with international cultures

•Ability to collaborate with the legal team and knowledge of data privacy regulations

•Sound knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Marketo or Pardot

•Proficiency in English

•The ability to meet deadlines, work under demanding conditions and problem solve in times of crisis with a sense of urgency, passion…while having fun!
