Robert Half HRIS Analyst in Clearwater, Florida

Description

A Robert Half client in Pinellas County is hiring for an HRIS Analyst on a full-time, direct-hire basis.

This position will be responsible for the following:

  1. Responsible for all HRIS data upkeep and accuracy

    1. Serves as Subject Matter Expert on all HRIS systems, issues and inquiries

    2. Creates associated HRIS data reports and dashboards for management

    3. Trains management and staff on all HRIS system uses, components and benefits

    4. Serves as the liaison between system provider personnel and internal HR teams

    Requirements

Position Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of HRIS experience

  2. Experience with relevant (non-proprietary) software like ADP, WorkDay or UKG a high preference

  3. Thorough understanding of compliance and laws associated with HR and new hires

  4. Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field

  5. Technology savvy with intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred
