BayCare Health System Clinical Project Manager in Clearwater, Florida

Summary:

  • The Clinical Project Manager performs delegated tasks associated with protocol development, lifecycle project management and subsequent publication in support of a portfolio of assigned physicians and faculty.

  • Coordinates with the research system support teams to ensure sound study design, appropriate and complete electronic data collection systems are in place for the project, and to facilitate the related analysis.

  • Ensure project approvals and regulatory determinations are secured and maintained.

  • Develop project plans, timelines and protocol training.

  • Act as study monitor, liaising with the clinical research operations teams for protocols with associated delegated protocol health services tasks as needed.

  • Provide education and support to residents and students with project development, publication and presentation activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • Required: Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Sciences or Public Health

  • Preferred: Masters Degree

Experience Requirement:

  • Bachelors Degree in Public Health, or any Biomedical Sciences or Life Sciences and 5 years of research experience with CPM Certification or

  • Masters Degree in Public Health, or any Biomedical or Life Sciences and 3 years research experience.

Status: Full Time, Exempt: Yes

Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Shift: Shift 1

Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies

Weekend Work: Occasional

On Call: No
