Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking CNC Machine Operators to produce quality, uncomplicated production parts per print specifications with continued direction. This role involves operating CNC machines, adhering to safety guidelines, and following established procedures to ensure the production of quality parts.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate proper work methods and procedures, use of tools and equipment, and safe work practices under direct and continued training.
Run written programs for CNC machines to produce production parts.
Perform simple machining operations to support cell deliveries with continual direction.
Comply with all rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.
Carry out tasks not specifically listed, within the scope and skill level of this position in support of department objectives and to develop one’s skills.
Adhere to CORE guidelines and perform CORE duties as required.
Follow all EH&S guidelines, including wearing required personal protective equipment.
Essential Skills
Knowledge of basic machine shop practices.
Ability to use basic shop mathematics and work with a variety of precision measuring instruments with continued guidance.
Experience of 6+ months in CNC machine operation.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with machine operation, production, lathe, blueprint reading, machining, calipers, assembly, and micrometers.
Must be physically capable of bending, lifting, squatting, twisting, overhead reaching, standing on feet for long periods (up to 8 hours), and climbing stairs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
