Summary:

The Plasma Sub-stores Operator is responsible for maintaining Plasma Sub-stores supply inventory to ensure uninterrupted processing in the Plasma 300 building and dispensing raw materials to plasma production personnel.

Primary Responsibilities for role:

• Orders raw materials required to support all activities in Plasma 300 building.

• Maintains stock at adequate levels by daily inventory.

• Dispenses chemicals, filters and other supplies to production personnel.

• Uses recommended safety equipment in dealing with hazardous materials.

• Sanitize work areas as required by the SOPs.

• Maintains charge on pallet mule and the drum hauler. Ensures correct water level is maintained in batterys for each.

• Maintains chemical dispensary and plasma in orderly fashion.

• Cleans are as necessary to conform to GMPs.

• Assist Storeroom Technician in raw material accountability.

• Monitors level of CIP-100 in the tote attached to the ABO cleaning skid and changes out the tote as needed.
