Production Planning & Inventory Control Associate

Monday - Friday

7:30am - 4:00pm

This position is based in Clayton, NC

Position is responsible for supporting Plasma Receiving, Planning & Operations teams with administrative and functional tasks related to plasma processing and deliveries to manufacturing

• Knowledge and training in required cGMPs and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

• Performs data entry using the Accounting System Database (SAP) and/or SGP.

• Prepares PU/PL labels and tracks label holders returning from Manufacturing

• Data entry and reporting using Excel to support inventory tracking and control

• Administrative support including ordering of supplies along with record keeping

• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 1 year similar experience

• Working knowledge of proprietary software and Microsoft Word and Excel. Should be able to communicate well verbally and in writing, with focus on the ability to influence internal groups to correct or provide information in urgent manner. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and must have the ability to evaluate situations in terms of potential risks and make recommendations to minimize, deter or eliminate. Must be detail oriented. Ability to periodically lift up to 20 pounds.
