Job Title: Process Maintenance Technician - Night Shift
Job Description
Improve systems and equipment reliability in the assigned process area, reduce system/equipment downtime, and support the operation of the assigned process. Responsibilities include working in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, actively improving performance and reliability of process equipment, restoring function to equipment effectively and technically correct, participating in and supporting Event Response, performing corrective and preventative maintenance, operating and monitoring equipment, supporting and implementing system/equipment reliability improvement projects, assisting in all aspects of process operations, and recording and reviewing production data in BPR’s and associated forms.

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Clayton, North Carolina.
Work Environment
This is a manufacturing environment where the current workforce is overworked and stressed. New hires will be appreciated and supported by their colleagues. Initial training hours are 8-5 PM Monday to Friday, transitioning to night shifts afterward. Scrubs are provided, and close-toed shoes/work boots are required. Employees change into work attire in a provided locker room.
