Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Solutions Architect to lead the execution of projects and development efforts aimed at integrating innovative AI capabilities into our CCH Axcess product suite. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between business objectives and technology, designing and implementing innovative solutions that drive organizational success. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define scalable, efficient, and secure systems that align with both customer experience goals and technology standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Solution Design: Develop scalable, reliable, and innovative system architectures that align with business objectives and practical requirements.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, product teams, and technical staff to translate complex business needs into actionable technical designs.

· AI Risk and Feasibility Assessment: Collaborate with the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) to evaluate the risks and feasibility of AI-driven solutions.

· Integration Oversight: Ensure new solutions seamlessly integrate with existing software applications, maintaining alignment with technology standards, customer experience goals, and business objectives.

· Prompt Engineering: Craft, evaluate, and optimize prompts used in AI solutions to improve system outcomes, ensure accurate results, and align outputs with business needs.

· Product Innovation: Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for AI and emerging technologies to enhance product offerings and improve customer outcomes.

· Value Realization: Assess and enhance the business value delivered by implemented solutions, ensuring they meet strategic objectives and drive measurable impact.

· Documentation and Communication: Create clear and comprehensive documentation for system designs, technical specifications, and prompt methodologies to support effective communication among stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related work experience.

· Experience: Minimum 7-8 years relevant, proven experience in solution architecture, software development, or related roles, with a focus on integrating AI technologies.

· Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of system design principles, including scalability, maintainability, and security. Experience with AI technologies such as natural language processing, machine learning, and generative AI is highly desirable.

· Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams.

· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and devise creative, compliant solutions.

· Technical Tools: Proficiency in developing and working with APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), and plugin architectures.

Desired:

· Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and large language models, with an understanding of how they can be applied in software products.

· Experience working with DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure, ensuring smooth deployments and operations of cloud services.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies in a product development context.

· Experience supporting or coordinating AI-based projects, ensuring that AI integrations align with product development goals.
