The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) is actively seeking a Chief Pharmacist to be a part of our Clinical Services team and serve as leader of the daily and administrative functions of pharmacy services at Clarks Summit State Hospital (CSSH). DESCRIPTION OF WORK As Chief Pharmacist at Clarks Summit State Hospital, you will provide leadership and oversight for all pharmacy services and assure all applicable regulatory and certification standards are met. In this role, you will also develop, recommend, implement, and modify Pharmacy Department policies, procedures, rules, and protocols according to established pharmaceutical principles, regulatory requirements and standards, and DHS, Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMHSAS), and CSSH requirements.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirement: Two years of experience as a pharmacist in a hospital pharmacy.
