Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Semi Skilled Laborer (Wage) - Chapman State Park in Clarendon, Pennsylvania

DESCRIPTION OF WORK You will perform semi-skilled work alone or assist a skilled worker. This will include performing maintenance work on buildings and facilities by utilizing carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other building trade tools. Other duties involve the use of lawn care equipment and miscellaneous maintenance and gas-powered hand tools in many different tasks. These tasks frequently require the application of skills acquired on the job and vary on a daily basis. Another part of the job consists of custodial-type work such as cleaning latrines, cabins, and other buildings.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Seasonal full-time employment without benefits. Shift hours and days vary due to operational need, with a 30-minute lunch Weekends, holidays and all shifts as needed at 37.5 hours per week Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Other Requirements:
