Adecco Staffing is working with one of the America’s few remaining, family-owned smokehouses to fill multiple positions on 1st shift! These are temp-hire positions.
Pay Rate:
Bacon Cooker $17.00/hour
Meat Processor $17/hour
Packagers $17/hour
Hours :
- 1st Shift: Monday through Friday from 7:00am – 5:30pm
Job Overview:
These positions will perform various tasks to ensure safe actions, environmental compliance, and quality production in a Good Manufacturing Practice food-grade operation. All in compliance with the standards of wholesomeness, hygiene, health & safety at work.

Position Requirements:
Able to work in a 60ish degree environment
Wear bump cap, safety boots and gloves at all times
Entering information into tablet
High School Diploma or GED
Follow and promote safe work practices
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lift a 35lb Lug every hour to hour and a half.
Scoop bacon from the lug onto the cooker
Ensure that the line is running correctly in between scooping to avoid jamming.
Learn the proper storage of cooked and raw bacon.
Enter information into tablet
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
