Adecco Staffing is working with one of the America’s few remaining, family-owned smokehouses to fill multiple positions on 1st shift! These are temp-hire positions.

Pay Rate:

• Bacon Cooker $17.00/hour

• Meat Processor $17/hour

• Packagers $17/hour

Hours :

• 1st Shift: Monday through Friday from 7:00am – 5:30pm

Job Overview:

These positions will perform various tasks to ensure safe actions, environmental compliance, and quality production in a Good Manufacturing Practice food-grade operation. All in compliance with the standards of wholesomeness, hygiene, health & safety at work.

Position Requirements:

• Able to work in a 60ish degree environment

• Wear bump cap, safety boots and gloves at all times

• Entering information into tablet

• High School Diploma or GED

• Follow and promote safe work practices

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lift a 35lb Lug every hour to hour and a half.

• Scoop bacon from the lug onto the cooker

• Ensure that the line is running correctly in between scooping to avoid jamming.

• Learn the proper storage of cooked and raw bacon.

• Enter information into tablet

• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
