DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE

​​We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Materials Engineering team, with a focus on managing andoptimizingthe digital tools that support our work. The successful candidate willbe responsible formaintainingand updating our internal SharePoint site, managing email services, and automating workflows using PowerApps. In addition, the intern will support the team with website updates on SharePoint and other digital tasks. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge in digital solutions and collaboration with the engineering team to ensure smooth operations across all digital platforms.​

DELIVERABL ES

​​The intern will manage the team's SharePoint site, oversee email services, and develop automated workflows using PowerApps. They will update websites on SharePoint,optimizedigital processes, and provide support and training on digital tools. Deliverables include an updated SharePoint site, automated workflows, process documentation, website updates, and a report on digital improvements.​

REQUIRED SKILLS

• ​​Master Degree- (Penultimate or Finalyear) ​in​Information Technology​or a related discipline

• Oral and written communication skills in English

• Good motivation, autonomy, teamwork, and ingenuity

AdditionalResponsibilities :

​​• Proficiency in SharePoint (site management, document libraries, workflows)

• Experience with PowerApps (workflow automation, app development)

• Knowledge of email services (Outlook, Microsoft 365)

• Familiarity with web content management on SharePoint

• Basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, or SharePoint Designer)

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams)

• Troubleshooting and technical support for digital platforms
