Essential Job Functions

  1. Develops, forecasts, monitors and manages all financial aspects of the projects.

  2. Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of the field of expertise through successful completion of moderately complex

  3. Assignments. Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of a particular area.

  4. Responsible for the execution of complex project/program plan.

  5. Responsible for the delivery of complex projects / programs.

  6. Performs project/program management activities (schedule definition, budget, risk, change, change, timeliness and resource management activities.

  7. Identifies and solves more complex problems and applies problem solving skills to deal with most situations.

  8. Meets company objectives (KPI's): 5s + Safety and their compliance.

  9. Participates in programs such as 5s, Kaizen and 3i.

Summary of Requirements (Qualifications, Experience, Skills)

  • Industrial Engineer

  • At least 1 year of experience in the position

  • Strong communication skills

  • Analytical skills, very good judgement, decision making, negotiation, persuasion, people orientation.

  • High level of motivation and problem solving

  • Microsoft knowledge

  • Ability to write documents

  • Discipline and proactive

  • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills

  • Bilingual English/Spanish

  • Critical thinking, innovative, creative
