The Automation Analyst plays a crucial role in effectively communicating automation projects and technologies to the BPA community to increased awareness and successful adoption of these initiatives. Additionally, S/He serve as a community sponsor, ensuring the BPA Showroom is regularly updated and actively promote the BPA portfolio across the Region. Responsibilities include:

-Update and promote the BPA solutions across the BPA communication channels (BPA Showroom, BPA Cockpit and workplace groups)

-Maintain the BPA Community of Practice on a monthly basis.

-Establish communication with the Product Owner to align the Regional ways of working on new changes within the BPA Governance.

-Ensure effective collaboration with Run IT drivers to deliver a positive Customer Experience.

-Upholding the quality of BPA Solutions in alignment with the Automation Lifecycle Management (ALM), adhering to high and accurate standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Participates in LATAM Automation Community of Practice

• Participates in the LATAM Automation Pipeline definition

• Conducts quality assurance with Global Automation Governance, ensures that applications are built or assembled in line with continual delivery/continual integration standards, adherences to release methodology and technical change management procedures for all changes

• Documents work done as neccesary

• Actively looks for opportunities to shorten development times, improves skills of the team and improves cost efficiency of application development activities

• Produces outline system specifications using solution designs, functional specifications or technical specifications as input, including input into scope, constraints (such as performance or resources), hardware, network and software environments

• Ability to effectively meet customer needs, taking responsibility for customer satisfaction

• Mantain the project in Service Now

• Collaborates with colleagues from different disciplines in a cross-functional team to deliver against iteration targets

• Works within IT Product Group Planning constraints, communicates any identified risks and issues to the Product Manager/Tech Lead accordingly and provides inputs to the DevOps teams and change control process

Required Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in a field requiring strong analytical and quantitative skills, such as ComputerScience, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or similar is an advantage

• 1+ years of development experience

• Experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing the code to create the solutions

• Experience with automated deployment, continuous integration, testing and release tools

• Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in Spanish

• Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
