About the role

Your responsibilities
Lead our financial management and internal controls, ensuring alignment with external regulations.
Deliver insightful financial reporting and project tracking to senior decision-makers.
Guide major Business Transformation projects with your financial acumen.
Mentor and elevate a skilled team of finance professionals towards collective and individual excellence.
Drive strategic financial planning to optimise investment returns and ensure operational efficiency.
The experience we're looking for
A Qualified Accountant with substantial business finance experience, preferably in FMCG or Big4.
A background in finance governance and controls, familiar with varied finance processes and systems.
Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record in managing teams, and a reputation for strong interpersonal and analytical capabilities.
Strategic thinking coupled with practical experience in project management.
Demonstrated ability in financial analysis, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
