About the role

Embark on a career where you can influence the financial success of Reckitt by becoming our next Finance Controller for a Large + Market. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of financial oversight, ensuring that our financial operations run seamlessly. Your expertise will not only contribute to the soundness of our accounts but also help drive the company forward through insightful analysis and strategic risk management. Your responsibilities

• Lead our financial management and internal controls, ensuring alignment with external regulations.

• Deliver insightful financial reporting and project tracking to senior decision-makers.

• Guide major Business Transformation projects with your financial acumen.

• Mentor and elevate a skilled team of finance professionals towards collective and individual excellence.

• Drive strategic financial planning to optimise investment returns and ensure operational efficiency.

The experience we're looking for

• A Qualified Accountant with substantial business finance experience, preferably in FMCG or Big4.

• A background in finance governance and controls, familiar with varied finance processes and systems.

• Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record in managing teams, and a reputation for strong interpersonal and analytical capabilities.

• Strategic thinking coupled with practical experience in project management.

• Demonstrated ability in financial analysis, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
